Our uniformed officers provide crucial protection in the following roles:
Retail security – carrying out surveillance duties in shops and shopping centres, protecting staff, customers and stock.
Door supervisors – maintaining safety and security at venues like pubs, clubs, and events. Duties include managing access, checking IDs, handling conflict, and responding to emergencies.
Preventing incidents by monitoring behaviour and intervening when necessary.
All Vigilant personnel are all security screened to BS7858, DBS checked and SIA approved.
Before being deployed to customer sites, our officers must undergo thorough training to ensure that they deliver our high standards of service, inline with SIA standards and in accordance with NSI Gold codes of practice.
In addition to this, they receive First Aid training and any other site-specific training that is required by our customers.
